Fr. Eric Bennett
Pastor
Fr. Eric Bennett has been the Pastor of St. Mary of the Hills School since 2018. He grew up in East Greenwich, RI and attended Bishop Hendricken High School. He graduated from Boston University with an MSPT and went on to Gregorian University in Rome, receiving his Bachelor of Sacred Theology (S.T.B) and his Lecentiate of Sacred Theology (S.L.T) from Angelicum University. Fr. Bennett was ordained in June of 2012.
Dr. Christopher Vasta
Board Vice-Chair
Dr. Vasta presently serves as Chief Administrator for School Advancement at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, MA and is an adjunct professor at Merrimack College in the Winston School of Education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and education from Merrimack College, a Masters of Education from Bridgewater State University, and a Doctors of Education from Northeastern University. Chris has played a role at every level of school leadership, whether in the classroom as a teacher, on the field as a coach, after school as a club moderator, a campus minister, or in the administration as dean of students and the assistant principal for academics. In his current role, he leads a team of advancement professionals who build and sustain a culture of philanthropy in order to ensure that the mission of the school is appropriately funded in both the near- and long-term. Chris lives in Medway, MA with his wife Caitlin, children Michaela, Mia, Maura, & Chris Jr., and parents John and Pam (current Saint Mary's employee).
Abu Ibrahim
Board Member
Abu Ibrahim, MSM, MBL, LAT, ATC, CSCS, CES, is currently the Assistant Athletic Director for Human Performance at William Penn University located in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Abu graduated from Saint Mary of the Hills in 2002 and went on to attend Xaverian Brothers High School. He then received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Northeastern University. Abu later obtained a Master of Business Leadership from William Penn University, followed by a Master of Sport Management. In addition, Abu is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. He served on the National Athletic Trainer's Association Ethnic Diversity Advisory Committee from 2020-2024 as the Chair of District 5. Abu resides in Oskaloosa with his wife, Elise, and their son, Zayn.

Mark White
Board Member
Mark White '03 is a proud St. Mary's graduate and current teacher and coach at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, MA. Prior to teaching at Xaverian, he worked as an accountant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Boston. Following his time as an accountant, Mark completed a post-baccalaureate teaching program at UMass Boston and a teaching residency with Boston Public Schools. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stonehill College, a Master of Accounting from Northeastern University, and a Master of Education from UMass Boston. He serves as the moderator of the business club and a coach for the football, basketball, and track and field programs.
