2025-2026 School Year Rates
The School and Finance Board has established tuition rates for the next school year 2025-2026 (see table below).
$300 Referral Credit
Available to current families who refer new students
We are offering a $300 tuition credit to any current family who refers a new family that applies, is accepted, and enrolls in St. Mary of the Hills School for the 2025-2026 school year.

| Grade 8 | Graduation Fee Additional one-time fee | +$250 |
Please note: Our part-time schedule for Preschool is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only, either half days or full days. Our Pre-Kindergarten program is a full-time 5-day program.
FACTS Family Portal
Saint Mary of the Hills uses FACTS® Financial and FACTS® SIS (Student Information System) accessed via FACTS® Family Portal.
FACTS Family Portal Login Instructions
- Go to: FACTS Management and select "Family Portal Login"
- If you already have a FACTS SIS account:
- Enter district code: SMH-MA
- Enter username and password
- Click Login
- If you don't have a FACTS SIS account:
- Click: Create New Family Portal Account
- Enter email address and District Code: SMH-MA
- Check email for activation link (active for 6 hours)
- Click "Change/Create Password"
- Create username and password
- Save and log in as instructed above
